NEW SMT V-Chip Capacitors with +260°C soldering.
The new NASE, NAWE, NAWT, NAZK, NAZT and NAZU series, from NIC, provide designers with an extensive chois of devices for use in applications that demand characteristics such as LOW ESR, wide operating temperature range, and small form factors. Available case diameters for +260°C solderinf heat rated capacitors are 4mm, 5mm, 6.3mm and 8mm. Larger case sizes: 10mm, 12.5mm and 16mm are rated for +250°C, +240°C, and +235°C peak reflow temperatures respectively.
These new series from NIC cover voltage ratings of between 6.3VDC and 50VDC and capacitance values from 0,1µF to 6800µF with load life ratings from 1000 hours to 5000 hours at maximum rated temperatures +85°C and +105°C.
